Ningbo Fenghua Ruyi Foundry Co.,Ltd. was established as a traditional foundry with Cupola smelting in 2004.With 20 years efforts from all RUYI staffs and support from customers lead us into a steady growth enterprise. In 2022, according to the new environmental policy from the government and our management vision , our company has gone through upgrading.

New induction furnaces , automatic static pressure molding line and automatic pouring machines have been introduced in our new plant that hugely expand our produciton capacity to 20,000 tons per year.The new static pressure moulding line optimizes moulding and highly improves the casting apperance quality and production efficiency.Moreover, the sand preparation system with European technology can provide us high and stable molding sand.We believe that our new plant and skilled staffs can provide high quality casting products and  services for customers worldwide.

Furthermore , RUYI also owns a machining plants with CNC machining centers and painting line.The one-stop service from molding design and cast-ing production to precision machining is our main practice which brought satisfaction and trust from our customers worldwide.Most of our products are exported to Canada, USA, Switzerland, Sweden and other European countries.
